4. Preparation and Filing of the Application. At this stage, attention should be paid to gathering all necessary documents, as well as correctly completing the application and paying all fees and duties.

5. Timeframe. The price for brand registration directly depends on the timeframe. In the standard mode, examination takes from 18 to 20 months. In the expedited mode, the examination lasts 6-7 months. The expedited service is paid.

6. Certificate Issuance. After completing all the above stages and paying duties and fees, upon a positive decision, you receive a Registration Certificate. It is issued for a term of 10 years.
